Intersil Corp. signed a five-year lease for 17,306 square feet within Irvine Spectrum. The Palm Bay, Fla.-based company will use the space for its West Coast corporate office and will occupy it with 30 to 40 employees in May.
The office, on the first floor of 7585 Irvine Center Drive, also will include a high-speed wireless design and applications center.
The firm’s operational headquarters will remain in Florida.
