San Diego’s Composite Solutions Inc., a maker of fiber-reinforced polymer composites, is buying Anchor Reinforcements of Huntington Beach for undisclosed terms.
The deal is expected to close by the end of July. Anchor will become a subsidiary of Composite Solutions.
Anchor’s operations and workforce are expected to remain unchanged, company officials said. The deal will provide Anchor with financial backing and support to expand production and marketing efforts.
Anchor Reinforcements makes fabric materials for sailboards, snowboards, satellites and civil construction systems.
