Brace yourselves: It’s a good bet “The Real Housewives of Orange County” will return late this year or early next, possibly with new cast members and the wives’ new notoriety as part of the story line. Creator/Executive Producer Scott Dunlop says he’s planning the new season and negotiating details with Bravo. The Coto de Caza-based reality soap drew nearly 1 million viewers for its May 2 season finale and helped Bravo post record numbers in the first and second quarters. The dynamic duo are slated to be on “Inside OC” this week …

A total of 118 custom lots will go on sale in early September. Edwards says he’s unafraid of a housing slowdown: “We have the final beachfront property in OC, so we are drawing extremely well-capitalized buyers, they’re not affected by the economy at large” …
Joe Moskowitz, whose body-armor maker Ceradyne recently made a five-year deal with the Army worth up to an estimated $612 million, receives the National Human Relations Award from the OC chapter of the American Jewish Committee Thursday at the Fairmont Hotel, Newport Beach …

He neglected to mention his OCBJ sign.
