Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is set discuss a slate of measures set for the Nov. 8 election at an Orange County Forum event on Monday.
Schwarzenegger is expected to talk on key measures, including Proposition 75, which would require union employees’ consent for how dues are spent on political issues, and Proposition 77, a redistricting measure.
The governor recently announced his plan to run for re-election in 2006. He followed up his declaration with a speech before the California Republican Party convention in Anaheim on Saturday.
The Orange County Forum was founded 15 years ago by local business and government leaders.
Schwarzenegger is scheduled to speak at 11:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. For more information, call the OC Forum at (949) 588-9884.
