GM Auto Sales Disappoint

General Motors on Tuesday turned in disappointing U.S. sales for February, tempering what had looked to be a solid month following better-than-expected results from Ford Motor and DaimlerChrysler. Japanese manufacturers Nissan Motors and Toyota Motor both reported double-digit sales growth for the month, with Toyota’s Lexus outselling Mercedes-Benz.
