Aliso Viejo-based Fluor Corp. was tapped by Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Basic Industries Corp. to build water and power supplies for a petrochemical complex.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
The work is slated for Saudi Basic’s Yanbu National Petrochemicals Co. complex on Saudi Arabia’s western coast.
Yanbu National plans to produce 4 million tons of ethylene, propylene, polyethylene, and other petrochemicals annually at the complex.
