FileNet Launches Singapore Office
Costa Mesa software maker FileNet Corp. last month opened an office in Singapore that’s set to serve as the company’s Asia-Pacific headquarters.
FileNet, which provides data management software, said it opened the office to better handle customers in the region. Company officials cited a study that touts Asia,particularly India and China,as the fastest growing region for data management software.
The company’s Asia customers include Woori Bank, South Korea’s second largest commercial bank with 13 million customers.
FileNet plans to use the office to expand its business in Japan, China, Southeast Asia, India and the South Pacific.
