LoanTrader Inc., Irvine, will be acquired by Ultraprise Corp., Frederick, Md., which will change its name to Ultraprise Loan Technologies Inc. Founder Anthony Hsieh resigned as CEO of Huntington Beach-based LoansDirect.com, which was acquired by E*Trade Group Inc. in February.
