Former Bank of America Corp. broker Theodore Sihpol was acquitted by a Manhattan jury on Thursday of most of the criminal charges against him, dealing a blow to New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer in his efforts to prosecute alleged wrongdoing on Wall Street.
