Cloud House, 321-Unit Apartment, Opens in Stanton

Developed by Bonanni Development, Designed by AO

An apartment building with 321 market-rate studio, one- and two-bedroom units in Stanton officially opened last week.

Cloud House, a multifamily property developed by Bonanni Development and designed by local architecture firm AO, is the latest apartment project to come online in Stanton. VRV, the sister property of Cloud House, celebrated its opening a few months ago. The VRV project was also developed by Bonanni and designed by AO.

Highlighting Cloud House is its rooftop amenity – Skydeck. The 17,500-square-foot lounge is, according to the development team, the largest rooftop amenity in Orange County. Skydeck includes a pool with large movie screen indoor-outdoor fitness center, outdoor kitchen, hammocks, fire pits and clear views of Disneyland fireworks.

Other amenities include a clubhouse, gaming lounge, golf simulator and a hidden speakeasy-style lounge.

The property’s unit mix is 49 studios, 184 one-bedrooms and 88 two-bedrooms.

Cloud House and VRV are part of Stanton’s pro-development agenda aiming to bring an urban experience to the city’s Beach Boulevard corridor.

Cloud House is located at 12345 Beach Blvd. in Stanton.
