Cablevision and Tribune Seal Newsday Deal

Cablevision Systems Corp. sealed a $650 million deal to buy 97 percent of Newsday Media Group from Tribune Co., the companies said on Monday, after Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. withdrew its bid.
