Anaheim Medical Office Sells for $11.4 Million

West Covina Buyer Paid $254 Per Square Foot

A 44,760-square-foot medical office building in Anaheim is under new ownership, according to public records.

Success Anaheim LLC, the parent company of Success Education Colleges, bought the three-floor office building at 511 N. Brookhurst St. in Anaheim for $11.4 million, or $254 per square foot.

CoStar data shows the building was sold by Minnesota-based Goldstone Holdings LLC.

Success Education Colleges was founded by Marsha Fuerst in 1966. There are four schools under the Success Education Colleges umbrella: North-West College, Glendale Career College, Nevada Career Institute and Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing.
