Tampa, Florida-based Global Imaging Systems Inc. has acquired Irvine-based Advanced Business Machines Inc.
Advanced Business Machines is a dealer for Konica copiers and Okifax products and has annual revenue of $6 million.
Global Imaging Systems provides office imaging systems and products, including the sale and service of automated office equipment, network integration services, electronic presentation systems and document imaging management systems. The company said it is actively pursuing the acquisition of additional office imaging companies.
