J. Michael Dodson has resigned as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Anaheim-based circuit maker DDi Corp. to take a similar role at Mattson Technology Inc. in Fremont, the company announced today.
Wayne Slomsky, DDi’s vice president and chief accounting officer, has been appointed interim finance chief and will assume Dodson’s responsibilities.
Slomsky brings more than 20 years of experience to the job, with prior stints at publicly traded companies and as auditor and manager with national independent accounting firms.
DDi has started a search for a permanent finance chief, the company said.
Dodson joined DDi last year.
Before joining DDi he held the chief finance post with eTelecare Global Solutions Inc., an outsourcing company that merged with Boston-based Stream Global Services Inc. in 2009.
DDi has about 1,700 employees, with 389 here, and a market value of about $144 million.
Mattson makes advanced processing equipment used to make chips.
