base, but at least it’s ambitious. Like the proposed airport, it’s a grand vision of what to do with the 4,700 acres. It contrasts with other anti-airport plans, which would squander this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity by going the subdivision route.
To be, or not to be. An airport, or a park. That’s a question. Very different ideas, with very different implications for Orange County’s future.
That would be a debate worth having.
