John R. Saunders Trust acquired a 122,225-square-foot office-flex campus at 9701-9703 Jeronimo Road at Irvine Spectrum in Irvine from CEP Investors IV LP for $16 million. Granite Holdings purchased a 126,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution building at the Promenade Business Park in Corona from Newport Beach-based Western Realco for $5.8 million. In addition, Armstrong Industries leased a 51,000-square-foot building at the Promenade Business Park in Corona from Western Realco. The five-year lease was valued at $1.3 million.
