AEW Capital Management LP paid $34 million to Crown Realty & Development Inc. for two office buildings totaling 194,312 square feet at 2727 and 2767 E. Imperial Highway in Brea. Jeffrey Cole, Rick Putnam, Elizabeth Hurley, Ron Heim and Sean Kern of Trammell Crow Co. represented both parties.
Seaside Rancho Inc. and Lynda L. Ward Trust paid $9.2 million to DDR Properties for a 23,400-square-foot medical building at 2240 N. Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton. John Bosko, Robert Brandt, Bob Bush, Steve Economos, George Economos and Geoff DeWolf of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Plaza at Irvine Partners LLC paid $6.1 million to Sanmina-SCI Corp. for a 59,500-square-foot lot at 18522 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine. Doug Killian and John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.
Warner Redhill Investments LLC paid $6 million to AG/Touchstone Warner Redhill LLC for a 44,513-square-foot office building at 15591 Redhill Ave. in Tustin. Sam Parsa of Parsa & Associates represented the buyer. Kathleen Howard and Jill Howard of NAI Capital represented the seller.
Schmid Investments paid $5.6 million to Asset Management Consultants Inc. for a 35,301-square-foot office building at 501 N. Brookhurst St. in Anaheim. Carl Greenwood and Jim McKenzie of Greenwood & Sons Co. represented the buyer. George Economos, Steve Economos and Geoff DeWolf of NAI Capital represented the seller.
