REAL ESTATE DEALS

Pension fund adviser Alere Property Co. paid $17 million to K-Fullerton LLC for a 167,754-square-foot industrial building at 2051 Raymer Ave. in Fullerton. The building sold for $101 per square foot. Michael Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented both parties.

ING Clarion paid $12 million to McMorgan and Co. for a 127,122-square-foot warehouse at 5455 La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. The building sold for $94 per square foot. Steve Batchellor of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.

Lambert Business Park LLC paid $5.4 million to an undisclosed group of investors for a 45,309-square-foot industrial complex at 1701 E. Lambert Road in La Habra. The site sold for $118 per square foot. The owner plans to renovate the aging complex. Gregory Jenkins of Penta Pacific Properties represented both parties.

Wann Trust of San Juan Capistrano paid $1.9 million to the Condon Family Partnership of Laguna Woods for the eight-unit 15th Street Apartments at 315 15th St. in Huntington Beach. The apartments sold for $237,000 apiece. Bob Eilers of Star Real Estate represented the buyer. Rick Applebaum and Damien Breaux of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller.

Stephanie Lamons paid $1.3 million to McLellan Estate Co. for a 7,632-square-foot industrial building at 1688 Sierra Madre Circle in Placentia. The building sold for $170 per square foot. Lamons plans to use the building for her business. Michael Hefner, Mitch Zehner, Mike Vernick and Seth Davenport of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

Carlos Prietto of Laguna Niguel paid $1 million to Ronald and Marcia Nicks of Las Vegas for a three-unit apartment complex at 34041 Granada Drive in Dana Point. Mary Pattillo of Remax represented the buyer. The apartments sold for $358,333 apiece. Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skenderian represented the seller.

Video game developer Point of View Inc. leased 29,030 square feet of office space at 2515 McCabe Way in Irvine. The six-year deal, a renewal for Point of View, is valued at $3.7 million. Nick Spatafore & Simon Dillon of CB Richard Ellis represented Point of View.
