SALES

Rudy A. Mariman paid $19 million to Newport Beach-based CT Realty Corp. for the 130-unit Strada Apartments at 175 N. Feldner Road in Orange. Brian Hawkins, Peter Hauser and Joe Leon of Hendricks & Partners Inc. represented both parties.

RDM Properties paid $5 million to The Jewish Federation of Orange County for a 39,362-square-foot flex building at 250 E. Baker St. in Costa Mesa. Phil Cohen and Jon Marchiorlatti of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the buyer. Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.

Tho Van and Minh Mai Huynh paid $3.2 million to Nelson Brewart for a 30-unit apartment complex at 717 to 721 N. Garfield in Santa Ana. Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.

Michael Call paid $2.9 million to Jorge Hernandez for a 20-unit apartment complex at 7551 Franklin St. in Buena Park. Jay Skenderian and Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian represented both parties.

Lew Webb paid $2.7 million to Alfonz Viszolay of VM Technologies Inc. for a 23,038-square-foot industrial building at 23031 Arroyo Vista in Rancho Santa Margarita. Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented both parties.

Curlan Ltd. paid $2.6 million to BKM Development Co. for a 23,550-square-foot industrial building at 3015 to 3035 Palisades in Corona. Jack Faris and Rob Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented BKM. Bill Livesay and Walter Frome of Trammell Crow Co. represented Curlan.

Living Stone Property LLC paid $2.2 million to Rethwisch Enterprises LLC for a 21,517-square-foot industrial building at 535 Walnut Ave. in Orange. Greg Diab of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Brian Williams of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer.

AJK LLC paid $1.8 million to First American Exchange Co. for a 15,340-square-foot industrial building at 6 Vanderbilt in Irvine. Randolph T. Mason of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Jeff Cannon of Zuvich Cannon Associates Inc. represented the seller.

Investor Bill Kotlar paid $1.8 million to Bain Family LP for a 16,747-square-foot industrial building at 870 N. Eckhoff St. in Orange. Mitch Zehner, Louis Tomaselli and Mike Boomer of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Ian Britton of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

The Makarechi Family Trust paid $1.6 million to Nelson Brewart for a 15-unit apartment complex at 1417 N. Durant St. in Santa Ana. Rick Applebaum and Doug Rodermund of Morgan Skenderian represented both parties.

LEASES

CMRE Financial Services, which works with hospitals and doctors groups on billing and other matters, leased 34,452 square feet of office space at 3075 E. Imperial Highway in Brea. The 10-year deal is valued at $8 million. CMRE is moving from elsewhere in Brea. Jeff Tabor of Corporate Realty Advisors represented the tenant. Ron Heim, Sean Kern and Elizabeth Hurley of Trammell Crow represented landlord Colyear Development Corp. of El Monte.
