Crown Realty & Development Inc. paid $39 million to Kilroy Realty Corp. for three properties in California and Arizona, including the 128,266-square-foot Freeway Corporate Park at 2501 Pullman St. and 1700 Carnegie Ave. in Santa Ana. Mike Bouma and Rob Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. Kilroy represented itself.

Diversified Equity Investment Corp. of Irvine paid $13 million to Santa Ana-based Triple Net Properties LLC for the 90,000-square-foot Bryant Ranch shopping center in Yorba Linda. Richard Walter and Patrick Kent of Faris Lee Investments represented both parties.

Guidance Real Estate LLC paid $12.6 million to Voit Development Co. for an 86,633-square-foot office building at 14511 Myford Road in Tustin. John Collins of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Trent Walker and Jeff Williams of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

John and Georgia J. Alevizos paid $3.1 million to Westpac Investment LLC for a 13,142-square-foot office building at 15751 Rockfield in Irvine. Tim Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. Steve Lane and Carl Johnson of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

Cold Creek Properties LLC paid $1.4 million to Stadium Collection LLC for a 5,354-square-foot office building at 2127 W. Orangewood Ave. in Orange. Dan Matlow from NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Mike Boomer, Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Joe Miller of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

Arnie and Tannisha Viramontes, owners of Ole’ Printing and Engraving Inc., paid $600,000 to Steve and Virginia Queale for a 1,445-square-foot industrial building on 5,650 square feet of land at 752 W. 19th St. in Costa Mesa. David Brakesman of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. The sellers represented themselves.

Logomark Inc. leased 122,807 square feet of industrial space at 1201 Bell Ave. in Tustin. The 10-year lease is valued at $10.2 million. Michael Collins and Chris Chinnici of Collins Commercial Corp. represented the tenant. Wade Tift and Robert Griffith of Grubb & Ellis represented landlord John Dobrott of Bixby Land Co.

Federal Express Corp. leased 31,500 square feet of office space at 1430 E. Orangethorpe Ave. in Fullerton. The five-year deal is valued at $3 million. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Chon Kantikovit of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord Turner Fullerton LLC.

Ropak Corp. leased 10,416 square feet of space at 10540 Talbert Ave. in Fountain Valley. The six-year lease is valued at about $1.2 million. Stephen Lane of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Andy Batcheller of landlord Arden Realty Inc. represented his company.

United General Title Insurance Co. leased 4,488 square feet of office space at 20320 S. W. Birch Ave. in Newport Beach. Chad Gahr of NAI Capital represented the tenant. John Pentz of Pentz & Partners Inc. represented landlord PCF Birch LLC.
