Guthrie Development paid $10.9 million to Glaser Development for a 121,600-square-foot building at 2152 Alton Parkway in Irvine. John Collins of Voit Commercial Brokerage and Scott Flemer of Professional Real Estate Services represented the seller. Collins also represented the buyer.
Gregg R. Haskell and Spielman-Sheridan Trust paid $6.4 million to PRES Corporate Center LLC for 25,722- and 30,062-square-foot industrial buildings at 1661 and 1671 St. Andrew Place in Santa Ana. Pat Lacey of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. PRES was represented in-house.
K & S; Properties paid $6.3 million to DL Irvine Associates for a 78,319-square-foot industrial building at 17200 Red Hill Ave. in Irvine. Peter Sowa, Rick Ellison and Jeff Chiate of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the seller. John Collins of Voit represented the buyer.
Far Horizons Holding LLC paid $4.6 million to The Best Union LLC for the 45,360-square-foot Granada Inn & Suites at 2375 W. Lincoln Ave. in Anaheim. Jim Lai of Lai’s Realty represented the buyer. J.C. Fan of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller.
Marshall Reddick Realty paid $4.2 million to The Chester Family Trust for a 21,480-square-foot office building at 17100 Gillette in Irvine. Cory Napora of Resource Commercial Real Estate Inc. and Ray McFarland of Business Realty Advisors represented the seller. Patrick Cordova of Cordova Realty represented the buyer.
Rethwisch Enterprises paid $3.6 million to Crescent Corporate Center LLC for a 31,648-square-foot industrial building at 1980-2000 Corporate Way in Anaheim. Greg Diab of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Rob Socci of Voit represented the seller.
Ralph Allen and Partners Architects paid $2.4 million to Western Switches & Controls Inc. for an 18,790-square-foot flex building at 520 N. Main St. in Santa Ana. John Collins of Voit represented the seller. Alan Lukei of Lukei & Associates represented the buyer.
Charmzone paid $2.3 million to the Flores Family for a 19,710-square-foot industrial building at 11711 Monarch St. in Garden Grove. Frank Adler and Jeff Hirsch of Lee & Associates represented the seller. An unnamed broker at Delta Realty and Investment represented the buyer.
Magma LLC paid $2 million to Beach and Talbert Associates LP for a 5,500-square-foot retail building at 8162 Talbert Ave. in Huntington Beach. Scott G. Hook of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented the seller. Alex Garcia and Bill Melton, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer.
Mark McWhirter paid $2 million to John Richard Bertone Trust for an 18,079-square-foot industrial building at 730 Monroe Way in Placentia. Dan Kruse of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Steve Schaner and Jeff Read of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer.
LEASES
Import Stone leased 51,000 square feet of industrial space at 611 E. Cerritos Ave. in Anaheim for an undisclosed period. The deal is valued at $1.9 million. Tom Dorman, Bob Goodmanson, Ian Britton and Ben Seybold of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented both parties.
Comant Industries leased 29,109 square feet of industrial space at 577 Burning Tree in Fullerton for an undisclosed period. The deal is valued at $1.1 million. Clif Fincher and Brad Gilmer of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the tenant. Tom Dorman of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Edward & Maria Contreras.
Keating Dental Arts leased 15,000 square feet of office space at 16881 Hale Ave. in Irvine. The five-year deal is valued at $1 million. John Collins of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates represented the unnamed owner.
Artistic Porcelain leased 17,800 square feet of industrial space at 17075 Newhope in Fountain Valley for an undisclosed term. The deal is valued at $909,000. Bob Goodmanson and Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented Artistic Porcelain and landlord Pelican Center Group.
Displays by Jack leased 52,591 square feet of industrial space at 1030 E. Valencia Drive in Fullerton. The value of the five-year deal wasn’t disclosed. Steve Mooridian and Ken Wilden of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Bob Goodmanson and Ben Seybold of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Ventura C.E.R.
Law firm O’Melveny & Myers leased 60,208 square feet of office space at 610 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach. The value of the 10-year deal wasn’t disclosed. O’Melveny & Myers represented itself. Landlord The Irvine Company was represented by Kevin Hayes.
