Bruce Allen and Jessica Blanche joined the board of the Southern California chapter of the Legal Marketing Association. Allen is chief marketing officer and Blanche is marketing coordinator at Rutan & Tucker LLP in Costa Mesa.
BANKING
David L. Adams was named executive vice president at Pacific Coast National Bank in San Clemente. Adams will lead the real estate industries group, offering redevelopment, construction and permanent financing for properties. He has 37 years of experience in banking and most recently was income property group manager with Vineyard Bank in Irvine.
CONSULTING
Costa Mesa-based Resources Connection Inc. promoted Tanja Cebula to senior vice president and member of the executive officer group. Cebula is responsible for the company’s Western region. She founded the Breast Health Awareness Foundation, which works to bring about breast cancer awareness to Corporate America.
EDUCATION
Sheryl Bourgeois was promoted to executive vice president for university advancement at Chapman University. She joined Chapman as director of special events in 1998 and was promoted to vice president in 2000. Bourgeois oversaw the university’s $200 million capital campaign,the most successful campaign effort in the school’s history.
Steven Handel became an adjunct professor of ecology at the University of California, Irvine. Handel is the lead ecologist on the OC Great Park Design Studio. In addition to his work with the Great Park Design Studio and his position at UC Irvine, Handel is a professor of ecology and evolution at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
HOSPITALITY
Kevin Johnson was named general manager of Vacation Village Hotel in Laguna Beach, owned by Gemstone Resorts International LLC. Before joining Gemstone, Johnson was managing director and vice president of Amara Creek Resort & Sedona Center in Sedona, Ariz. Johnson has more than 25 years of hospitality experience.
LAW
Snell & Wilmer LLP added Stuart Einbinder to its Costa Mesa office. Einbinder will join as a partner and focus on commercial litigation. He has experience in construction, commercial transactions and government contracting. Einbinder is active in the American Bar Association, the OC Bar Association and the Association of General Contractors.
MANUFACTURING
Evan MacKenzie was named director of marketing communications at QSC Audio Products Inc. in Costa Mesa. MacKenzie has more than 10 years of experience developing marketing campaigns. He will manage marketing communications for print and online advertising, public relations, special promotions and trade shows.
NONPROFIT
Habitat for Humanity of Orange County elected Jeff Dickerson as a board member. Dickerson is vice president of construction for Opus West Construction Corp. in Irvine. His involvement with Habitat for Humanity of OC will help the group attain its goal of building double the number of affordable homes in the county.
Saskia Knight was elected to the board of Orange County Community Housing Corp. Knight is vice president and dean of enrollment at Chapman University. Knight had been working with OCCHC for the past 10 years to get housing for developmentally disabled at the old El Toro Marine Corps Air Station.
REAL ESTATE
Jack Hannigan was named national sales manager for Mammoth Realty Exchange LLC, a division of Mammoth Equities LLC in San Juan Capistrano. Hannigan spent 24 years as senior vice president of sales for California Counties Title Co.
Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors hired Bryan Land and Cameron Rafati as associates. Jay Nichols and Matt Hopkins were hired as junior associates. Jaclyn Gostanian joined as marketing coordinator and Ali Shimoff was added as office manager.
Irvine-based Keystone Pacific Property Man-agement Inc. hired Jamie Bolduc as activities director for the Crystal Cove Community in Newport Coast. Bolduc has two years of industry experience and is a member of the community emergency response team. She will manage the Canyon Club recreation center, coordinate and supervise all community events and recreation and oversee production of the monthly newsletter.
TECHNOLOGY
Santa Ana-based ExaDigm Inc. promoted Michael Mulcahy to chief executive. Mulcahy joined the company in 2003 as president and chief operating office. He has been a senior executive at Panasonic Corp. and Mist Inc. and sits on the education committee of the Electronic Transactions Association.
