AUTOMOTIVE
The automotive division of Brea-based American Suzuki Motor Corp. added Ginger Golembiewski as senior public relations administrator for the corporate public relations team. Golembiewski most recently worked for Los Angeles-based Pollack PR Marketing Group.
FOOD
Amy Naranjo was named assistant sales manager for marketing, public relations and events for Provo, Utah-based Tahitian Noni International. Naranjo, who has been with the company since 2000, will work out of the Costa Mesa office. Prior to joining Noni, she taught English as a second language at Provo High School.
HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based Endologix Inc. appointed Gregory D. Waller to the board. He will serve as the audit committee chairman. Waller is chief financial officer of Orange-based Sybron Dental Specialties Inc., where he has worked for 23 years. He has held the position of chief financial officer for the past 10 years.
INSURANCE
Irvine-based SullivanCurtisMonroe Insurance Brokerage appointed Todd C. Sincock as account executive. He will specialize in insurance for technology companies. Sincock previously worked for Gateway Inc. in Poway. Brian C. Sincock was appointed vice president. He previously operated his own insurance firm, Griffith/Sincock Insurance Brokers.
Michael Dedic joined D.L.D. Insurance Brokers Inc. in Irvine as account executive in the commercial lines division. Prior to joining D.L.D., Dedic was general manager of Barlocker Insurance Service’s Woodland Hills office. He has worked in the insurance industry for more than 25 years.
LAW
The Costa Mesa office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP appointed Frank Ubell partner. Ubell’s practice is focused on litigating intellectual property cases and counseling clients in optics, semiconductors and computer hardware and software.
Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald in Irvine made three additions to its staff. Associate Sherri Martinelli returned to the Irvine office after living in Oregon for the past year. Her practice areas are surety and construction law. Ben Benumof, who formerly worked as a clerk for the firm, joins in the construction and surety law practice areas. Henry Ma, who also clerked for the firm, joined the construction, government contracts, commercial real estate and surety law practice areas.
Sean P. Farrell, Jeff C. Risher and Dan E. Chambers joined Costa Mesa-based Rutan & Tucker’s trial section and Edson K. McClellan joined the employment and labor section. Norman Carte joined the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice group. Risher previously worked at the Orange County office of Lathan & Watkins LLP. McClellan comes to the firm from the Irvine office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Chambers comes from Berry & Perkins PC in Irvine, where he was senior counsel. Carte has 22 years of experience as patent agent, most recently with Newport Beach-based Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth LLP.
MANUFACTURING
Costa Mesa-based Stadium Seating Enterprises, which designs stadium seating platforms, named Frank B. Moson president. Moson formerly served as senior vice president of integrated services for DMJM. Prior to that he was senior vice president of MBK Construction in Irvine.
Express Manufacturing Inc. in Santa Ana named Thomas Ng director of engineering for the engineering service group. He previously served as systems engineering director for Zandiant Technologies Inc.
MARKETING
Netscope Inc. in Irvine appointed Farnaz Alemi project manager. She will work with clients including the Orange County United Way, Carl’s Jr. and The Irvine Company. Alemi recently graduated from Stanford University.
NONPROFIT
The American Lung Association of Orange County named Jennifer Frazier communications director. She will be responsible for all marketing and public relations. She formerly worked for the Lung Association of Pennsylvania. Jaime Anderson was named development director. She formerly worked for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake City, where she served as special projects manager.
TECHNOLOGY
Brea-based Altinex Inc. appointed Thomas Noack as marketing manager. He most recently served as marketing director for Operation Technology Inc. in Irvine.
