David Pyott, chief executive of Irvine-based drug maker Allergan Inc., is the 2012 winner of the executive leader of the year award from the UCLA Anderson School of Management’s IS Associates.
Pyott will receive the award Dec. 12 at the IS Associates’ award dinner on the UCLA campus. It is given to senior executives who use information technology to advance their leadership agendas, UCLA Anderson said in a release.
IS Associates is an organization of information technology professionals in business and government. It was established in 1978 as a professional partnership between UCLA Anderson and corporate and governmental enterprises.
