University of California-Irvine professor of pediatrics, neurology, and anatomy Dr. Tallie Baram received a five-year, $15 million National Institutes of Health grant.
Baram’s research under the grant involves early childhood environmental and other elements that can influence the later development of mental health disorders.
UCI will collaborate with Chapman University, University of California-San Diego, and University of Denver on the work.
