Separately, InSight said it has agreed to sell some of its North Carolina mobile imaging units for $9.2 million to an affiliate of MedQuest and Novant.
InSight provides imaging services in more than 30 states. Its target markets also include California, New England, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic states.
