The La Palma-based Innovation Institute, a provider of business services, products and investment management services to health systems, said today that it formed a new staffing business.
Far West Staffing Services LLC is designed to provide technical and non-technical support staff on demand, primarily to the healthcare industry.
James Ho is heading up the new venture. He previously held the position of assistant vice president of construction operations for Petra Integrated Construction Strategies.
The institute was formed last year with an investment from Irvine-based St. Joseph Health. It is made up of an innovation lab, an investment fund and a group of companies that provide shared services.
