Mission Viejo-based Ensign Group Inc. today reported an adjusted profit that matched Wall Street’s expectations.
The nursing home’s profit including non-recurring costs was $12.9 million, in line with analysts’ average estimates.
Net income was $11.5 million.
Ensign reported fourth-quarter revenue of $276.9 million, up 18% from a year ago and above Wall Street’s projection of $272.8 million.
The company also provided a 2015 forecast. Its profit could be $57 million to $59.1 million, compared to consensus estimates of $57.7 million.
Ensign expects its 2015 revenue to come in at $1.2 billion to $1.25 billion, above analysts’ forecast of $1.18 billion.
Its shares were down 4% to a market value of $947.7 million.
