Irvine-based Alphaeon Corp. has named former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson and James Xiaodong Liu, chief executive of Hong Kong-based Sailing Capital Management to its board of directors.
Alphaeon is a “lifestyle medicine” company that works with board-certified doctors and specializes in procedures not covered by health insurance.
“Gov. Richardson’s passion and experience in international markets coupled with Mr. Liu’s contributions to financial innovations provide our company with tremendous vision and leadership as we steer the next evolution of Alphaeon’s development,” said William Link, Alphaeon’s chairman, in a statement.
