Irvine-based Allergan Aesthetics, a unit of Chicago-based AbbVie Inc., said it acquired Luminera in Israel.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Allergan will add Luminera’s HArmonyCa, a dermal filler that volumizes, moisturizes and promotes collagen growth of the skin, to its Juv Derm franchise, among other products.
