Mountain Mike’s Pizza has refreshed its app and launched a new loyalty program, joining a number of restaurant operators that have bolstered their digital strategies since last year.
The Newport Beach-based chain’s loyalty program, called Mountain Rewards, allows points to be earned on qualifying menu items, amounting to one point for each dollar spent. The program is built around a three-tiered system, with rewards building up as customers reach each level.
The new loyalty program also comes with a redone Mountain Mike’s app that allows for menu item customization, ordering ahead for in-restaurant dining, sending e-gift cards and tracking rewards among other features.
Mountain Mike’s currently counts more than 235 locations. It ranks 10th among the largest restaurant chains based in OC, according to Business Journal data.
