Innocean USA will be the media agency of record for Carlsbad-based TaylorMade Golf Co.
TaylorMade, was sold by Adidas AG in 2017 for $425 million to private equity investor KPS Capital Partners LP.
Huntington Beach-based Innocean is the second-largest ad agency in OC with $250 million in revenue.
