Ken Kenwood, wife Maria, and brother Dan will open Kenwood’s Kitchen & Tap at the Shops at Mesa Verde in Costa Mesa.
Ken Kenwood started working at an In-N-Out when he was 16 and rose to assistant vice president of operations of the burger chain, based in Irvine.
The Kenwood’s menu will include steak, fish, chicken, burgers and craft beers and spirits; the long-term aim includes additional locations.
