Collage Culinary Experience, the two-story dining hall at South Coast Plaza’s Bloomingdale’s location, is adding a new dining concept in winter 2024.
Shoo Loong Kan Hot Pot, a Sichuan hot pot chain founded in China, will open in a 5,000-square-foot space and will make Collage 100% leased.
Collage has a collection of first-to-market restaurants, such as Paradise Dynasty and Le Shrimp Noodle Bar, and other notable fast-casual concepts including Bruxie and Michelin-recognized Phoholic.
“We’d like to think we offer the perfect collection of casual and approachable eateries here at one of the country’s most prestigious shopping centers,” Morgan Zhang, the developer behind Collage, said in a statement.
South Coast Plaza is Orange County’s top shopping center ranked by sales, according to Business Journal research.
