Midday Stock Roundup

The S&P 500 was off 0.5% to 3,685.04 during midday trading.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.3% to 30,085.78.

The Nasdaq dropped 1.1% to 12,445.47.

The yield on a 10-year Treasury bond climbed 3.4% to 0.946%.

The price of gold fell 1.6% to $1,845.20.

The price for a barrel of oil rose 0.1% to $45.65.

ENERGY

Newport Beach-based Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) dropped 6.7% to $4.43 per share for a market cap of $874 million. Shares of the provider of natural gas stations are still almost double their price in the past month.

TECHNOLOGY

Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: SWKS) fell 3.5% to $150.35 and a $25 billion market cap. Shares of the Irvine-based chipmaker had risen about 15% from Nov. 25 until yesterday.
