TECHNOLOGY
Newport Beach-based Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) rose 7% to $4.71 per share for a market cap of $932.9 million, extending Monday’s 7% gain. Analyst site MotleyFool.com said the day before “it’s starting to look like it will be another good week for alternative energy stocks.”
FINANCE
Irvine-based First Foundation Inc. bank (Nasdaq: FFWM) rose 6.4% to $19.70 per share for a market cap of $883 million, as major indexes rose on prospects for COVID-19 vaccines. Banc of California (Nasdaq: BANC) gained 5.9% to $14.58 per share for a market cap of $733 million.
