Irvine-based Drawloop Technologies Inc. recently announced it was acquired by Nintex USA LLC for an undisclosed amount.
Drawloop works with more than 1,000 customers to “streamline document creation and drive productivity.”
Washington-based Nintex said it plans to expand Drawloop’s Irvine headquarters and accelerate investments in the Drawloop platform, which serves companies such as Minnesota-based 3M Co., LinkedIn Corp. in Mountain View, and San Francisco-based Docusign Inc.
Its acquisition will support Nintex’ aim to automate everyday business processes to “improve productivity, realize more cost-saving efficiencies, and generate more revenue.”
The companies declined to provide financial information related to the acquisition, an employee count or other information about Drawloop.
