Service Champions Expands to Colorado

Service Champions Group, a Brea-based heating and air conditioning services business, announced it’s expanding into Colorado with the acquisition of Swan Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
Swan, owned and operated by Tim and Andy Swan, has focused on the Loveland and Denver metro areas. Terms weren't disclosed.
“The acquisition of SWAN is our first flag planted in Colorado and will serve as a foundation for further expansion as well as our continued commitment to building the country’s premier home services group,” Service Champions founder and Chief Executive Leland Smith said in a statement.
Smith has previously told the Business Journal that he aims to more than double sales to $1 billion perhaps as soon as next year. In the past few months, it’s announced acquisitions to help it expand in Arizona and Ohio.
Service Champions last year was sold to Odyssey Investment Partners, a private equity investment firm.
