The Huntington Beach office and retail complex is on about 9 acres and located alongside the San Diego (405) Freeway near Beach Boulevard. It has about 383,000 square feet of office space and 46,000 square feet of restaurant and other retail space. It also has a 24 Hour Fitness gym. Adam Edwards and K.C. Scheipe of Eastdil Secured were the brokers involved in the deal. The property was sold out of receivership.
