Container Supply Co., a maker of metal and plastic containers, recently sold an industrial building in Garden Grove for about $4.9 million to Commercial Custom Seating & Upholstery Inc.

The 65,234-square-foot property is at 7272-7274 Lampson Ave.

The building features five loading docks, three drive-ins and 1,600-amp heavy power, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.

The brokers involved in the deal included Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services’ Curt Stalder and Scott Smith, who represented the seller.
