A $1 million lease was recently negotiated for full-service translation company Global Language Solutions. The company has a five-year deal for 6,000 square feet at 19800 MacArthur Blvd. in Irvine. The Salazar Group, representing the company, brokered the deal with Newport Beach-based Irvine Company, the landlord.
“As a global entity, they needed a space near the airport with world-class amenities, and given this continues to be a tenant’s market, we were able to secure a prime space and an excellent lease,” said David Salazar, founder and managing principal of The Salazar Group.
