Located at 14221 Euclid St. in the Little Saigon Business District, the property is 19,713 square feet. The price per square foot for the deal worked out to about $213.

The seller was The Edward M. Liu & Rong Hwa Liu Trust. The brokers were NAI Capital, as well as James Tran of Humming Realty.
