Industrial Threaded Products Inc., an importer and seller of bolts, nuts and other fasteners, paid $3.9 million for a 32,319-square-foot industrial building at 515 N. Puente St. in Brea. The building, which sold for $120.67 per square foot, serves as Industrial Threaded’s headquarters. The company had been leasing the building after moving from Santa Fe Springs a few years ago. Founded in 1979, Industrial Threaded’s products are used in construction and manufacturing. The company also has facilities in the Inland Empire, Fresno, Northern California and Arizona. Mike Foley of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented Industrial Threaded. Zach Niles, Garrett McClelland and Steve Wagner of 360 Commercial Partners represented seller Kenneth O’Dell Trust.
