The building, which sold for $120.67 per square foot, serves as Industrial Threaded’s headquarters. The company had been leasing the building after moving from Santa Fe Springs a few years ago. Founded in 1979, Industrial Threaded’s products are used in construction and manufacturing. The company also has facilities in the Inland Empire, Fresno, Northern California and Arizona.
