The business is part of Dolex Dollar Express Inc. of Texas. According to CoStar Group Inc., the buyer was CDHF Property Management LLC, which has its office nearby on Fourth Street. The seller was Guillermina Madriles, according to CoStar. Michael R. Woolbright and Nathan D. Holthouser of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services brokered the deal.
