A downtown Santa Ana storefront has sold for $505,000. The 3,000-square-foot retail building at 115 W. Fourth St. sold for $168 per square foot. The building is home to a Dollar Express office, which provides money transfers to Mexico and Central America for Hispanics living here and sending money home to family members. The business is part of Dolex Dollar Express Inc. of Texas. According to CoStar Group Inc., the buyer was CDHF Property Management LLC, which has its office nearby on Fourth Street. The seller was Guillermina Madriles, according to CoStar. Michael R. Woolbright and Nathan D. Holthouser of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services brokered the deal.
