Amsafe Inc., an aircraft device repairer that’s part of Bridport-Air Carrier Inc. of the Seattle area, signed a five-year lease valued at $3.3 million at 2220 E. Cerritos Ave. in Anaheim. The company is moving from Cerritos to the 100,000-square-foot industrial building, which is more than twice as large as its old facility. Anaheim’s DSA Properties, which owns the new building as well as Amsafe’s Cerritos facility, offered the new site to Amsafe at the same rate it had been paying. The company is set to use the building to repair and overhaul inflatable safety devices for aircraft. Three Day Blinds previously leased the Anaheim building. Mitchell Zehner and Seth Davenport of Voit Real Estate Services and Clyde Stauff of Colliers International represented DSA and Amsafe.
