Irvine-based Accretive Realty Advisors Inc., a real estate investment firm that targets medical office space, bought a 27,000-square-foot office building at 24502 Pacific Park Drive in Aliso Viejo for $7 million. The building, which is more than 90% full, is leased to Oakland-based Kaiser Permanente, which occupies two of the three floors. The other floor is occupied by local doctors groups. The buyer and seller, John Saunders of Saunders Property Co. and owner of Newport Beach collectibles dealer London Coin Galleries Inc., were represented by John Wadsworth and Bob Hoyt of Colliers International along with James Kretzschmar of Kretzschmar Commercial Inc.
