Collision repair business America’s Collision Center bought a 17,000-square-foot industrial building at 1925 N. Lime St. in Orange. Terms weren’t disclosed. The sale is estimated at about $2 million. The repair shop, part of Elite Group—a chain of collision repair centers throughout Southern California—is set to relocate from nearby in Orange. The building has remodeled office space and a conference area. The service center includes an electronic measuring system with spray booths for vehicle painting. The building’s seller, Royal Mattress Co., previously occupied the site for about 10 years before moving to Covina. The transaction was handled by Voit Real Estate Services.
