Ace Wireless & Trading Inc. leased a 38,551-square-foot industrial space at 1631 E. St. Andrew Place in Santa Ana. The $1.9 million, three-year lease includes an option to buy the building in the first two years. Ace Wireless now is in about 14,000 square feet of industrial space in Irvine. The company plans to occupy both facilities until its Irvine lease is up and then operate just from Santa Ana. Ace Wireless repairs cell phones under contract from makers and service providers. Clyde Stauff, executive vice president of Colliers International’s Irvine office represented the landlord, W&J Properties LLC. Ted Rommel of Lee & Associates represented Ace Wireless.
