AutoZone Inc. leased a 7,205-square-foot retail building at 18533 Brookhurst St. in Fountain Valley. Tennessee-based AutoZone is on an expansion kick with plans to add 180 stores to the approximately 4,500 it has in the U.S. and Mexico. Analysts expect the company to see 4% to 6% revenue growth this year. The company sees about $7 billion in yearly sales. There are 30 AutoZone locations in Orange County. The value of the 10-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Michael Lundin of Luko Management Inc. represented the tenant.
