Irvine-based Opus Bank today opened a new office on Alton Parkway in Irvine along with locations in Encino and La Jolla.
The bank now has 18 offices in Southern California, and another 22 in Washington state.
Opus recently completed lease agreements to open an office in Pasadena and two more in Washington later this year.
The Pasadena office is slated to open in the second quarter, and the Washington locations are scheduled to open in the fourth quarter.
More new offices are expected, according to Chief Executive Stephen Gordon.
“We currently anticipate opening three additional banking offices this first quarter,” he said.
Opus is the largest commercial bank based in Orange County, with about $2.4 billion in assets. It has $1.6 billion in loans and $1.8 billion in deposits.
